The publication / Draft for owner review
Accessibility statement
A readable, keyboard-friendly publication with an honest testing boundary.
Design intent
The site uses semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible focus states, descriptive image alternatives, scalable text and native HTML disclosure controls. Article and category content is present in HTML without requiring JavaScript. Motion is minimal and respects reduced-motion preferences.
Interactive features
Search is a local JavaScript enhancement. With scripts disabled, the search page provides a linked article directory and category routes. Menus use native disclosure elements so their links remain keyboard operable without custom scripting. No interaction requires dragging or hovering alone.
Known limits
Automated structural checks cannot establish full accessibility conformance. Human testing with keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom, high contrast and different mobile devices is required before a conformance claim. Original illustrations include useful alternative text, but their relevance still needs editorial review.
Report a barrier
Call +91-9720871693 and identify the page, task and barrier. Share browser or assistive technology details only if you wish; a medical diagnosis is not necessary. The owner must establish an additional accessible contact route and response process before launch. This statement makes no unsupported certification claim.
